VitaWild Quarterly Oura Ring Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

The sponsor of this promotion is LYTNG, LLC d/b/a VitaWild (the “Sponsor,” “VitaWild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 8276 Ronson Road, San Diego, California 92111, United States.

Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and of Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older — or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater — at the time of entry.

Void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, fulfillment partners, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The promotion runs in eight (8) consecutive three-month entry periods. The first entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 25, 2026. Each entry period ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before the next period begins, as follows:

• Period 1: August 25, 2026 – November 24, 2026
• Period 2: November 25, 2026 – February 24, 2027
• Period 3: February 25, 2027 – May 24, 2027
• Period 4: May 25, 2027 – August 24, 2027
• Period 5: August 25, 2027 – November 24, 2027
• Period 6: November 25, 2027 – February 24, 2028
• Period 7: February 25, 2028 – May 24, 2028
• Period 8: May 25, 2028 – August 24, 2028

The promotion ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 24, 2028 unless Sponsor ends it earlier. Sponsor reserves the right to end the promotion before the completion of all eight (8) entry periods, in which case no further drawings will be held after the last completed period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both carry the same weight. Entries are limited to one (1) per person per entry period, regardless of method.

(a) Purchase entry

During an entry period, place a first qualifying order for a VitaWild 3-Month Supply subscription at www.vitawild.co. You will receive one (1) entry into that quarter’s drawing. Subsequent renewals or recurring shipments of an existing subscription do not earn additional entries. Cancelling or refunding the order before the drawing voids the entry.

(b) Free entry — no purchase necessary

During an entry period, submit the free entry form at https://forms.gle/D58PbWYC9RCSjYtN6 with your full name, email address, and state of residence, and confirm that you meet the age and non-employee eligibility requirements in Section 2. You will receive one (1) entry into that quarter’s drawing. There is no cost to enter this way, it does not require any purchase, and no account or sign-in is needed.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or submitted by automated means, scripts, bots, or any method other than those described above will be void. Attempting to enter more than once per period may void all of your entries.

5. Drawing & Odds

Within seven (7) business days after the close of each quarterly entry period, Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

6. Winner Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address supplied with the entry, within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and — where legally permitted — a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries for that period.

7. Prize

One (1) prize per quarterly entry period: one (1) Oura Ring 5, finish and size selected by the winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $499.00 USD.

An Oura membership or subscription is not included in the prize. The winner is solely responsible for any subscription or membership fee required to access the device’s full features, and for any other cost associated with using the prize.

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, from Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and for any expense not expressly stated above. Prize will be shipped only to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a manner that is unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

If for any reason the promotion cannot run as planned — including infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects its administration, security, fairness, or integrity — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, and to select the winner from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, fulfillment partners, and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion, participation in it, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason, nor for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, or unauthorized access.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.vitawild.co/policies/privacy-policy.

By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor may send you promotional communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email. Unsubscribing does not affect an entry already submitted.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether sounding in contract, tort, or statute, are governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner of any completed quarterly entry period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, within ninety (90) days of the close of that entry period, to:
